DG200BDJ Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 14 terminations. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. There are 14 pins injected into the electronic part body. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 50?A. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. In the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 7V. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. There is a voltage range of 15V operating voltages for the electrical part. There are 2 inputs to be operated. The Drain to Source resistance of this electronic component is 70Ohm.
