DAC1653D1G5NLGA Overview


In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. It is designed to maximiBulke space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Bulk. In total, it has a total of 56 terminations. In this case, 56 pins are used in the design. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 85°C. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 3.45V. Using 3.15V as the minimum supply voltage, it can operate. This device uses a 123mA supply current to operate.
