CY22381SXC-158T Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The related electrical components for the base part number CY22381 can be found below. A 8 pin is available on the clock PLL. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform 0°C operations simultaneously. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 70°C. Clock PLL is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 3.465V is not acceptable. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3.135V. In this case, we have a 3-element clock PLL that performs well in the absence of jitter.
