CY2077FS Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 220 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations.
