Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. This electronic part is categorized as a type of General Purpose, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. Operating performance -40°C~105°C permits it to function normally. In addition, it is equipped with 4 / 4 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit receives 3.14V~3.47V 4.75V~5.25V as a supply voltage. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 40 terminations are used. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. There is 3.3V supply voltage for this device. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 5 D/A converters.
