CS2300P-EZZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 10 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock.
