The CQ4300-2OZ is a no-clean, water-washable paste flux manufactured by Chip Quik Inc. It is designed for various applications, including rework, soldering, desoldering, and wire dipping, and is suitable for both leaded and lead-free processes.

This flux can be easily cleaned using water, flux remover, or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is compatible with automated stencil cleaning systems for both stencils and misprinted boards, as well as manual cleaning methods.

For optimal performance, store the flux refrigerated or at room temperature within the specified range, avoiding freezing. Before use, allow the flux to reach an operating temperature of 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) over a period of four hours.
