To save board space, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.Packing is done according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.The telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 4.5V~5.5V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~110°C can offer reliable performance.Surface Mount is the way telecom switching is mounted.Telecom interfaces contain 16 pins.A current of 2mA is used as the supply current.In order to provide designers with a great deal of flexibility, this telecom circuit operates on the supply voltage of 5V.A designer can make use of this telecom circuit by operating with the 2mA supply current.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.In order to maintain normal operation, 110°C must be set at its maximum value.Ideally, the voltage should be at least 4.5V.If the voltage supplied is lower than 5.5V, telecommunications device should be used.In order to maintain normal operation, the supply current should be maintained at 1?A.A resistance of 100Ohm is possible with it.
