CPC5620A Overview

Board space can be saved by using the 32-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tube method is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .When 3V~5.5V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.Using -40°C~85°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.Mounted in Surface Mount-direction.32 pins are present on this telecom interface.The supply current is 9mA.The supply voltage is 5V, which provides designers with a lot of flexibility.Telecom product operates with 9mA's supply current to give designers a lot of flexibility.With the LITELINK® III series electronic parts, it can provide a lot of similar features.Normal operation is ensured by setting -40°C to a minimum value.To ensure normal operation, 85°C is set at maximum.A voltage of at least 2.8V should be supplied.There should be a lower voltage supplied than 5.5V.
