CDCEL949PWG4 Overview


Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 230MHz. In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 24 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 1.8V that frequency generators can handle. 9 signal outputs maximi9e the output frequency. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 1.9V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 1.7V. At 160MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency. In this case, we are looking at a frequency generator with 4 elements that is low-jitter. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 38mA. Data input is combined with logic clock function Clock to create this RF synthesizer.
