As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
