CD4046BNSRG4 Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The SOP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 10V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.4MHz maximum. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. There are 16 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -55°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 125°C. The clock PLL is generally classified as a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. A voltage of more than 18V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3V. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 2.4MHz. ICs such as this can be classified as PHASE LOCKED LOOP-RF synthesizers since they are analog.
