BU90002GWZ-E2 Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-XFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 6MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. As a member of the BU9000* family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 3.3V volts. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 3.3V at the very least.
