The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NOR Gate. The part must have a voltage of 3V~16V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. Through Hole is the mounting position of the part. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 1.2mA 3mA. This is part of the 4000B series.
