BU2090 Overview


Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.There is a Tube package for this receiver.The Driver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Through Hole-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.A differential driver like this uses 2.7V~5.5V of power.The field can have up to 1/0 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a -25°C~75°C operating temperature.An output voltage range of 3V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.There are 16 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The transceiver is packaged with 16 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.You can search with BU2090 to get more variants of this part, since it identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Through Hole mounting reduces the package size dramatically.It is designed so that it can be operated from a 3/5V power supply with this driver IC.
