BTS443P Description

The BTS443P is a high-side Power Switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. The N-channel vertical power FET BTS443P is with charge pump, current controlled input and diagnostic feedback with load current sense, integrated in Smart SIPMOS? chip on chip technology. The Infineon BTS443P also Provides embedded protective functions.
