In this package, Cut Tape (CT) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 11.5V~20V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -40°C~125°C TA's operating temperature.General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit.Transmission lines are terminated with 28 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.There is a voltage supply of 15V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.Additionally, SEATED HT-CALCULATED can be provided.
