BR24G04NUX-3TTR Overview


A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. As you can see, it is embedded in 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad case. The memory size of the chip is 4Kb 512 x 8 Mb. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 1.6V~5.5V. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended for this product. The chip contains 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. An 2.5V supply is required for this ic memory chip to operate properly. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 400kHz. In order to select similar parts, typical manufacturers refer to BR24G04 as the device's base part number. A package of 8 pins is used to protect this memory device. In this chip, the Surface Mount mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. By integrating with the I2C-type serial bus, this memory transmits data to the processor. In terms of power consumption, it can operate at a maximum supply of 0.002mA .
