BM6203FS-E2 Overview

For packaging, it is used with Cut Tape (CT).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 54-SOP (0.449, 11.40mm Width), 23 Leads.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 13.5V~16.5V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-20°C~125°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.A transmission line can be terminated at a 23 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 23 pins are used as pronged contacts.For the operation of the H bridge, a voltage supply of 310V is used.BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER has been incorporated as H bridge circuit's analog IC type.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 4A when the ambient temperature is specified.Output and power supply pins have a current of 2.5A.1 outputs are provided.It is 600V that the Hbridge emits as a voltage.
