BD9P233MUF-CE2 Overview


A voltage regulator consists of 32 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~2.4MHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 2A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 36V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 13V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 3.3V volts. A switching DC-DC regulator, it is a member of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs.
