BD9848FV-E2 Overview


As a result of 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.6V~35V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~105°C TA is the -40°C~105°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1.5MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. There are many different types of terminations for 20. 20 pins are present on switching converter. The type is a particular Switching Regulator or Controllers of switching converter. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 31.5V voltage. It's important to remember that the dc dc regulator's normaloutput current is 1A, so you should note it down when starting a new project.
