BD9740KN-E2 Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 48 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 48-VFQFN package. A total of 7 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -20°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.5V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 30mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
