BD9701FP-E2 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. In terms of category, this voltage regulator 12v falls into the Switching Regulator or Controllers category. In the particular voltage regulators, the BD970* family is represented. A voltage of 32V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 5 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 1V volts. With a maximum output voltage of 32V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 35V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
