BD9355MWV-E2 Overview

Currently, it supports a total of 7 outputs. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. Electronic components have 36 terminals. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards. A temperature lower than -25°Cis not suitable for the shunt regulator. There is no need to exceed 85°C in terms of temperature. In order to operate normally, a supply voltage of 5.5V is required. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 2.2Aas its output. There is a requirement for an input voltage greater than 1.5Vfor this alternator regulator. DC voltage regulators can operate at a frequency of 2MHz.
