BD9109FVM-LBTR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-VSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -25°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 800mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage can be produced at 3.3V volts by voltage regulator.
