BD90521MUV-CE2 Overview

optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 300kHz~2.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.6V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. A voltage of 5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. With a maximum output voltage of 5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
