BD8374HFP-MTR Overview


Using its TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package, it is possible to save board space. LED drivers design with 1 outputs.This mounting method is Surface Mount.The system emerges as a Linear with high efficiency.It is capable of working normally at -40°C~125°C TA.Automotive has considerable advantages.A frequency of 100Hz~5kHz is used to operate it.This configuration is built upon 7 pins.It is possible that failures will occur if the voltage supply is below 4.5V.The mount is in the way of Surface Mount.The LED driver is available under the part number BD8374.There is no maximum value acceptable for the supply voltage, so 42V is acceptable.It is possible to provide high efficiency when the maximal supply current is less than 6mA.500mA is the maximum amount of current that can be supplied to the load.LED drivers belonging to the series Automotive, AEC-Q100 are important components in a wide range of applications.This device produces a voltage of 50V as its output.
