BD81870EFV-ME2 Overview


As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT-type IC. Space-saving 20-VSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~105°C TA when operating. 2.1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to -13V volts. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. 18V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here.
