BD7996EFV-E2 Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 54-VSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package.In addbridge driverion, 4.3V~14V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -20°C~75°C TA is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 54 termination.In a signal interface, the 44 pins serve as pronged contacts.In addition to the BD7996 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 12V.The 54 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.It is equipped with outputs in the form of 7.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 5V in order to ensure high efficiency.
