BD6220F-E2 Overview


In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 6V~15V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -40°C~85°C TA to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 8 terminations are employed.Signal interfaces include 8 pins that serve as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of BD622* allows you to find more related H bridge ics by using that number.To operate H bridge circuit, a voltage supply of 12V is required.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.The power supply pins and the output pins are conducting a current of 500mA.It is through the 8 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.The output of this Hbridge is 1.There are many similarities between this H bridge motor driver and other components in the subcategory of Motion Control Electronics.
