BD4848G-TR Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Voltage Detector line. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management has 5 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least -300mV for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD48, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.8μA. A PMIC from the well-known BD48xxx series of products is being offered here.
