BD3532F-E2 Overview

As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width). The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a general voltage output of 0.75V~1.25V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, DDR and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~100°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 4.3V~5.5V. Search BD353* for more pin-to-pin solutions. In order to mount it on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount. The power regulators with 8 pins are available. The electrical regulator should be displaying a current output of 10mA. It is required that the input voltage be higher than 4.3V. At its maximum output, voltage regulator produces current 3A. It is possible to set the minimum supply voltage to 4.3V. Voltage regulators have a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. In order to interface with this regulator, BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC is used.
