ATF16V8B-15SC Overview


A S package is provided with this component. This device features 8 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. 20 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 70°C. Operating temperatures should exceed 0°C. This device operates at a frequency of 62MHz in order to provide high efficiency. A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.75V, it is able to work properly. This FPGA has a maximum frequency of around 50MHz, which is not too high. For its operation, 55mA is used as the supply current. The main building blocks of a CPLD can be found in this device, namely 8 macro cells.
