This device uses a FLASH-format memory, which is of mainstream design. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 2.7V~3.6V can be supplied to memory ics. Its recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The chip has 8 terminations. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 66MHz. The memory device is enclosed in a package with an 8-pin connector. In this chip, Surface Mount mounting is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. When it comes to power supplies, this memory chip only requires 3/3.3V . Data is carried and transferred to the CPU by the SPI-type serial bus this memory integrates with. A maximum supply current of 0.025mA can be used to operate this device. Nonvolatile memory arrays require 2.7V programming voltage to change their state.
