AT40K20-2DQI Overview

A PQFP package is provided with this component. This device features 161 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 1024 logic elements/cells. The FPGA module's RAM si1kBe reaches 1kB in order to ensure that the program operates in a normal manner. 208 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 85°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -40°C. Among its basic building blocks, there are 30000 gates that are included in it. 1024 logic blocks (LABs) make up its basic building blocks. There is a memory of 1kB embedded in this FPGA module, which can be used for storing programs and data. As a result, there are 1024 registers which are used to store and transfer data. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.5V, it is able to work properly. This FPGA has a maximum frequency of around 100MHz, which is not too high.
