AT40K05-2DQI Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: PQFP package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 128 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 256 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 128 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V can be applied to this product. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 4.5V. For the building block, it encompasses 256 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. FPGAs such as this one have a maximum frequency around 100MHz.
