AS5263-HQFT Overview


As a measure of protection, the linear position measuring sensors are housed in 32-VQFN Exposed Pad packages. There is an electronic component packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure proper functionality of angle position measurement sensors, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 150°C. In the linear position measuring sensor, pins 32 are present. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 5.5V when it operates.
