AS3710-BQFP-01 Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient transport package is provided in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at Handheld/Mobile Devices .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .The power management operates at 2.7V~5.5V volts.This connector has a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other type of board.There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 85°C .The temperature must not be lower than -40°C .
