AS1746-BTDR Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tray is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPDT switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 550mOhm. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 50nA. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. There is a voltage range of 5.5V operating voltages for the electrical part.
