APA600-PQ208M Overview


The package that contains this software is called PQFP. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. There are 158 I/Os for better data transfer. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 2.5V volts needs to be provided. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 125°C. A higher operating temperature than -55°C is recommended. As a basic building block, fpga semiconductor consists of 600000 gates. In order to store and transfer data, a total of 21504 registers are used. In order to deliver high efficiency, fpga semiconductor operates at a frequency of 180MHz. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 2.7V. Using 2.3V as the minimum supply voltage, fpga semiconductor can operate. In terms of frequency, this FPGA is capable of going up to around 180MHz.
