The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 324-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3359. Total terminations are 324. In the case of a 1.26V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 720MHz Hz.
