Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced SOP package.There is a Tape and Reel package for this receiver.An output voltage range of 5V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.There are 16 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The transceiver is packaged with 16 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 5V.It is designed so that it can be operated from a 5V power supply with this driver IC.In addition to that, it contains 4 receivers as well.Embedded 0 drivers are included on the integrator circuit.A transceiver module's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this optical transceiver to operate properly.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 5.5V.In the event that the input current reaches or exceeds 15mA, the can transceiver may malfunction.In order to run this line driver ic, the supply voltage must be at least 4.5V.
