ALD4202MSCL Overview


Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 135Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 12V. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 3V. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1?A. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 6V. Temperatures over 70°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. There is a 16-SOIC package offered by suppliers.
