ADR439ARM Overview


Uses the handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.The external packaging contains Tube.There are different types of functions that end with 8.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 4.5V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.The part includes pins 8.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 240.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 6.5V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 6.5V must be provided.Tests are conducted to determine the voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage 4.5054V.The minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit is 4.4946V.There are several gadgets in the XFET® series.In order to better accomplish its purpose, it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN.The ambient temperature of this voltage reference ic is 125°C.Ideally, the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic should be -40°C.
