The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 240.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.It is suitable for 30mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 30mA from the reference voltage.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.Since the max input voltage of the part is 20V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 6.5V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 6.5V is required to supply it.It should operate with ambient temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.Outputs 4.5V voltage.The voltage reference circuit uses 800?A when it is idle.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN to better fulfill the purpose.
