ADR3533WBRMZ-R7 Description


The ADR3525W, ADR3530W, ADR3533W, ADR3540W, and ADR3550W are 8 lead MSOP voltage references with a maximum temperature coefficient (TC) of 5ppm/°C (B grade), low operating current, and low output noise. They are low cost, low power, high precision CMOS voltage references. Utilizing the patented DigiTrim® technology of Analog Devices, Inc., output voltage and temperature coefficient are digitally trimmed for excellent accuracy during final assembly.

The lifespan system accuracy is increased by the low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift.

These CMOS are offered in five output voltages, each of which has a temperature range of 40°C to +125°C for use in automotive applications.
