8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.ADR293 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 5mA.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 6V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 6V~15V voltage input.Current supply is 15?A.There is a gadget in the XFET® series.
