ADR03AR Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOIC N package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Rail/Tube external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 240.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.It is suitable for 10mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 2.5V voltage at its maximum.It requires a 7V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 4.5V is required to supply it.It should operate with ambient temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.Outputs 2.5V voltage.The voltage reference circuit uses 1mA when it is idle.The maximum in-accuracy the voltage reference circuit holds is 0.2%.
