ADR01AUJ-R2 Overview


SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have 0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 10V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.ADR01 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 10V.10V voltage lower than 10V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1mA.Current supply is 1mA.As measured by the voltage reference ic, the normaloutput current is 10mA.
