There is a 20-UFBGA, WLCSP package on the board that is used to save space. The LED driver's design uses 7 outputs.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.There are significant benefits for Backlight.It is designed to work with 20 terminations.Its configuration is based on 20 pins.9 segments exist.The mount is on its way to Surface Mount.The LED driver can be found under the base part number ADP8870.An acceptable maximum value for the supply voltage is 5.5V.20 pins are included in it.As a result of its characteristics, it is also classified as Display Drivers.The input voltage must be minimally 2.5V.With a minimal supply voltage of 2.5V, it reaches the highest efficiency levels.It reaches 5.5V when the maximum supply current is allowed.It is important that the operating temperature not exceed 85°C in order to ensure stable operation.In this case, the load can only be supplied with 60mA current.Stable operation requires an operating temperature greater than -40°C.Even when operating at a maximal output current of 240mA, it is capable of delivering all the benefits of a LED driver.The output voltage is 5.5V.
